The Personal Assistant to the CEO is responsible for managing the daily personal affairs of the CEO ensuring that both personal and professional responsibilities are addressed efficiently. This position serves as a critical support function, enabling the CEO to focus on high-level decision-making and strategic priorities by managing personal tasks and providing comprehensive administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar and Schedule Management
- Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, scheduling appointments, family commitments, and social engagements.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for personal trips, ensuring all logistics are organized effectively.
- Book all (FLIGHTS) for the CEO
Communication Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for personal communications, screening calls, emails, and messages to ensure that important matters are prioritized.
Financial Management
- Assist with the management of personal bills, receipts, and expenses, ensuring that payments are made on time and records are kept organized.
- Liaise with financial advisors or accountants regarding personal finances when necessary.
Health and Wellness Management
- Schedule and coordinate appointments related to health and wellness, including medical check-ups.
- Monitor overall well-being and encourage the CEO to maintain a balanced lifestyle amidst his professional commitments.
Confidentiality and Discretion
- Handle all personal matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality, respecting the privacy of the CEO and his family at all times.
- Ensure sensitive information is securely managed and communicated appropriately
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role, supporting high-level executives, ideally in a corporate or private setting.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and digital tools for scheduling and communication.
- Flexibility to travel if necessary.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
- Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate the needs of the Ch
