Job Purpose Facilitating property transactions by providing expert guidance and personalized solutions to clients in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including property sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and online marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities.
  • List and promote properties for sale or rent through various channels, including online listings and social media.
  • Prepare and deliver property presentations to potential clients.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and property values.
  • Understand clients’ needs and preferences to offer tailored property solutions.
  • Negotiate property deals on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms and agreements.
  • Provide guidance on legal and financial aspects of property transactions.
  • Prepare and review property-related documents, including contracts, leases, and purchase agreements.
  • Oversee the transaction process, ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions.
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends and developments.
  • Provide clients with insights into market conditions, investment opportunities, and potential risks.
