Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Specialist to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, presenting real estate projects, and converting leads into site visits and sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the database or incoming leads.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients with the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and call status.
- Follow up regularly with interested leads and nurture them until closure.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and appointments.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on campaign strategies and feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Hindi language.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
