Position Overview:
The Head of Marketing will serve as the strategic leader responsible for driving the company’s brand vision, market presence, and lead generation across all platforms. You’ll oversee marketing for corporate branding and individual developments—residential, luxury, and commercial—while ensuring ROI-driven campaigns and best-in-class customer engagement. This role blends strategic thinking with tactical execution, requiring deep expertise in real estate marketing, digital transformation, customer insights, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals across all projects and phases.
- Lead brand positioning and messaging for the corporate brand and each real estate development.
- Establish short- and long-term marketing objectives, KPIs, and budgets.
- Manage the marketing team and external agencies (creative, media, PR, digital, etc.).
Project Marketing & Launches
- Oversee go-to-market planning for all residential, commercial, and luxury real estate projects.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to craft compelling value propositions.
- Ensure timely and impactful project launches, including branding, pricing strategy, and launch events.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead the digital transformation of marketing through SEO/SEM, paid media, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Oversee the company website, digital lead funnels, and analytics platforms.
- Drive data-led decision-making and optimize lead quality, CPL (cost per lead), and conversion rates.
Brand & Communications
- Elevate the corporate brand and reputation through consistent, premium storytelling and design.
- Manage PR, media relations, influencer marketing, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Ensure a consistent brand experience across online and offline channels.
Customer Insights & Market Research
- Monitor market trends, buyer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform positioning.
- Lead customer segmentation and profiling to refine targeting and personalization efforts.
- Use analytics and feedback to improve marketing effectiveness and customer journey.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in marketing leadership, with at least 2+ years in real estate, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven track record in successfully marketing large-scale residential or commercial real estate projects.
- Strong understanding of digital performance marketing, branding, CRM, and sales enablement.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in managing large teams and multimillion-dollar marketing budgets.
