Position Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales agents, and ensuring high conversion rates for our real estate developments. This role demands strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate sales process, market dynamics, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership
    • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed individual and project sales targets.
    • Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and commission structures aligned with company objectives.
    • Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews to enhance team productivity.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and/or commercial developments.
    • Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals and ensure high-quality lead generation.
    • Track and analyze sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to optimize sales performance.
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Oversee the entire sales lifecycle—from initial inquiry to closing—for prospective buyers and investors.
    • Foster long-term relationships with brokers, agents, and clients.
    • Ensure an exceptional client experience throughout the buying process.
  • Project Launch & Coordination
    • Work closely with the development, marketing, and legal teams on pricing, inventory, and product positioning.
    • Assist in planning and executing project launches, open houses, and promotional events.
    • Ensure compliance with sales policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting & Administration
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership.
    • Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate and up-to-date client and sales data.
    • Monitor competitive activity and make recommendations to adjust strategies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 4+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate or property development.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, buyer behavior, and contract processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
  • Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (Preferred)
  • English Native Required
