Job Summary:

Lincoln Start Real Estate Development is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our residential and commercial development projects. The Site Engineer will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring execution aligns with approved plans, budgets, and quality standards. You will serve as the technical liaison between the site and project stakeholders, playing a pivotal role in timely, safe, and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily construction operations to ensure progress, quality, and safety targets are achieved.
  • Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings; ensure site execution matches approved designs.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to streamline workflow.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with construction and safety standards, including local regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections; identify risks or deviations and provide timely solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed site progress reports, including daily logs and weekly summaries.
  • Verify contractor bills and progress claims against actual work completed.
  • Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring availability and accountability.
  • Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical issues and ensure clear communication.
  • Participate in final inspection, snagging, and handover process, ensuring full project closure.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in site engineering within real estate or large-scale development projects.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Full-time, site-based role across active project locations.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends as project needs dictate.
  • Requires use of PPE and adherence to site safety protocols at all times.
