Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years of experience in similar job, demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Coordinate events and meetings. ensuring all logistics are in place.
- Perform research and compile information as required.
- Good communication skills and presentable.
Qualifications:
High school/ Equivalent
Experience:
1 year experience in Personal Assistant(preferred)
