Job Description:
We are looking for a Sales Executive / Property Consultant who is motivated, well – organized individual and who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with the customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing new business through cold calling/emailing, marketing or business presentation
- Exploring market trends to identify the most profitable areas.
- Face to face meetings to identify and engage prospective new clients.
- Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and buying property for the right price under the best terms.
- Provides guidance to clients to improve their investments or options.
- Conducting viewing and follow-up.
- Maintain regular contract with all clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Real Estate Development (minimum 1 year)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
