Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have expertise in real estate accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role includes preparing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with various teams to optimize financial performance.
ACCA or CA is must.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Maintain accurate records for real estate assets, liabilities, and transactions.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance against projections.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including GAAP and real estate tax laws.
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- CA, ACCA is must.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in real estate.
- Strong knowledge of real estate accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software ( QuickBooks).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
