Supply Chain Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Professional to join our team in Dubai. This role offers a unique opportunity to Apply your hands-on experience in supply chain management within the real estate development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Supply Chain Operations: Assist in the coordination and management of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
• Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, maintaining strong working relationships.
• Documentation: Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to supply chain activities, including purchase orders, contracts, and inventory reports.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain strategies and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess market conditions affecting procurement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as project management and finance, to ensure alignment on supply chain needs and objectives.
• Reporting: Assist in preparing reports and presentations on supply chain performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Past experience with a development company in UAE is must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of different kinds of quality in materials.
• Access to key position persons in the building material market.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and negotiation’s ability with suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with supply chain concepts and software is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
