Job Description:

We are looking for a Sales Executive / Property Consultant who is motivated, well – organized individual and who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new business through cold calling/emailing, marketing or business presentation
  • Exploring market trends to identify the most profitable areas.
  • Face to face meetings to identify and engage prospective new clients.
  • Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and buying property for the right price under the best terms.
  • Provides guidance to clients to improve their investments or options.
  • Conducting viewing and follow-up.
  • Maintain regular contract with all clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Real Estate Development (minimum 1 year)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
